Integrated Help Services (IHS) is a new department within the Division of Technology, Information and Learning Support (TILS). The department was established by the Division in recognition of a need for a united approach to services for staff and students.

IHS employs a range of professional staff who are ready to help, are committed to listening to their clients and helping them to find appropriate and timely solutions.
