Service description

Assignment Minder is an assignment submission and collection service offered by IHS on behalf of University Faculties. It provides security for students' work and streamlines the collection and distribution process for both staff and students. IHS receives assignments, collates and records them, then delivers them to academic staff for marking. Marked assignments are subsequently returned to IHS where students collect them.

Service hours vary between QUT semester and non-semester periods. For more information go to the Assignment Minder website

Charges

There is no charge to students for this service. Faculties are charged $8000 a year.

Service support

The service is co-located with the IT Helpdesks at Kelvin Grove, and Gardens Point campuses and in the Library at Caboolture.

Other information

  • 3D assignments are not accepted.
  • Assignment delivery is not available off campus (e.g. to a lecturer's home).
  • Student results are not recorded at Assignment Minder.
