Service description

External Study Support provides a range of services for external students in their studies. These include:

  • mailing course materials to students
  • assignment submission services
  • processing extensions and related requests
  • coordinating teleconferences for external units
  • advising students and staff

Service available for

International students, New students, Postgraduate students, Staff, Undergraduate students

Hours of operation

The service is available between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Charges

There is no charge to use this service. Faculties pay for postage and printing on a cost-recovery basis.
