MELTS Software Image Maintenance

IHS Learning Environments manages and supports computing facilities in QUT’s lecture theatres. Media Equipped Lecture Theatres (MELTs) are available at Gardens Point, Kelvin Grove, Carseldine and Caboolture campuses.

Faculties can request specific software to be installed in MELTs.

The service is available between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

There are no charges to use MELTs computers, although requests for faculty-specific software may attract a charge.

There is an $85 an hour charge, (minimum of 14.5 hours) charge for adding software to lab images after the software request deadline has passed.
